Influence and Intensity of Exogenous Factors on the Development and Stability of Rural Areas

This contribution focuses on the issue of influence and intensity exogenous factors development stability rural areas. The results are presented at two levels. first reflects monitoring external environment companies, i.e. those which they have limited possibilities to influence, how eliminate potential negative impacts thereof. second provides information evaluation four basic parameters in field knowledge skills, namely contenders, competition, coordination cooperation. goals set based a questionnaire survey, supplemented by controlled interviews with business managers managements local action groups (LAGs) Region South Bohemia. created database is analysed using method content analysis simultaneous use statistical methods. main outputs solution determine significance strength mostly influenced competitors, suppliers, customers partners. Similar apply LAGs, where most cases LAGs cooperate each other considered thereby also reporting good cooperation towns, micro-regions regional authorities reported none or poor National Network ministries.
